Is This You?

  • Do your patients fall?
  • Do you frequently see patients complaining of dizziness, vertigo and imbalance?
  • Do you feel uninformed or uncertain how to approach these patients, not wanting to make their symptoms worse by inadequate or ineffective treatment?
  • Are you finding that your professional education has not adequately prepared you to deal with the increasing demand for addressing these issues in your geriatric patients?
  • Do have little to no experience in vestibular rehabilitation or, perhaps, you already did take a vestibular course in the past, but left feeling overwhelmed and uncertain how to apply the material in your clinical practice?

Are you looking for a clearer and more comprehensive approach on how to assess and treat dizziness, vertigo, imbalance and unexplained repeated falls in your geriatric patients?

You are in the right place!

Dr. Kimberley Bell is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Vestibular Specialist who teaches continuing education courses (PT CEU’s) for physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in the assessment and treatment of patients with dizziness, vertigo, dysequilibrium and older adults with unexplained repeated falls. Her courses run regularly in San Diego and at several other locations throughout the western USA. She serves as a professional mentor, providing clinical support and facilitating study groups as her students integrate their new skills into their clinical practice. Dr. Bell also consults with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals worldwide on their most difficult cases of patients with dizziness, vertigo, dysequilibrium and on their most complex cases of geriatric patients with unexplained repeated falls. Patients travel from all over the world to consult with Dr. Bell in San Diego, California. Due to her innovative, unique and effective approach to this patient population, called “The Bell Method,” her continuing education courses for physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are appropriate for beginners and for those looking to polish their existing skills.
