Patient care is provided in person at an office in Vista, California.
If needed, house calls are available for a flat fee of $500 within a 1-hour driving radius of Dr. Bell’s office. For locations beyond this radius, additional travel fees may apply, and house calls may not be available in certain areas.

Virtual Case Management Services via Telehealth are currently available for patients within California via phone and email.
